There were a few rattles and a shakes (and a minor fire under one) but the old cars trundling through Piccadilly Circus last weekend were all in shiny great shape. Apparently only cars made before 1905 were invited to join in. Not being particularly interested in cars, I loved watching the people driving them, the outfits they wore and the expressions on some of their faces and the way the modern world flowed past on all sides. Here’s a few photos I snapped when we were walking past. There’s a lot more on Flickr.
